Because of how disposable every character is in this show, they have so many it’s hard for me to keep up.
I am enjoying it, but its hard to remember names. I hope this isn’t one of hi-dive shows that just never gets a dub, so I can rewatch and gleam some more character from a 2nd viewing.
Don’t worry too much about the names. Characters dropping like flies is a given, due to the premise - even if the MC doesn’t kill them, it’s that kind of a world, fish eating smaller fish and MC being the blue whale saying “I’ll eat only the krill” on a whim.
Plot developments moved at an uncomfortably fast clip this episode.
It turns out Yogiri is claiming he’s only a “bug killer” as a cover for his true instant death powers.
Dannoura gets her black catsuit costume that we see in the OP.
Another evil classmate killed, this time by Ayaka Shinozaki, a classmate who was abandoned to die at the bus, but who turns out to be a cyborg who was developed to replace humans if Yogiri killed all the humans in the old world.
The tone of this episode was fairly serious compared to previous episodes.
