The show largely centers around a dragon girl (not the one pictured) who arrives at the human world injured, gets saved by another girl who works as a programmer, and then moves in as her maid out of gratitude. Dragon girl falls in love with programmer girl due to the kindness she shows her.
Surprisingly no. Those 2 depicted are just side characters and actually have a somewhat healthy relationship. And the main cast is generally not that sexualized.
