Thank you to everyone who helped with the making of this amazing, out of context, random playlist! When I first posted this, I thought I would maybe get 10 maybe 20 song suggestions but in the end, it came out to 380 songs. I was asked by a few people if I could have some sort of analytics about the playlist and to be honest it is way too much of an undertaking to do after spending over four days making this what I do know is over 200 songs are metal or some type of rock song. A good portion is anime/Japanese/games music. 3 songs required me to use Google translate in order to figure out what it was. Only 2 songs were requested twice. There was 5 children songs, 3 were Disney songs, 1 Sesame Street, and 1 nursery rhyme. Unfortunately, they were unable to be added because YouTube won’t let you add children songs to an adult playlist. And the best statistic for me is that there was no AI submissions whatsoever very proud of everybody for that one for sure! As a final note, the final three songs were songs of my choosing the final song I felt was a good way to end the playlist once again thank you to everyone for your submissions. It was tedious and long, but maybe I will do this again in the future or somebody else could take up the torch.
Love & Respect ❤️🐭❤️
Glad I could be of assistance!
I love love love the follow up post! I feel kinda special suggesting one of the 3 Disney songs lol
Oh so it was you!…lol
We should do this more often
Most definitely.
Please do! I missed this one and would be happy to contribute on the next one.
More than likely if I do this again it probably won’t be till after the holidays. But if anyone else wants to do it there is no rule saying that you can’t.
Only 2 songs were requested twice.
That is actually amazing.
Thanks for doing the playlist. Time to add it for an eclectic music journey lol
Dang this must be because of region blocking
Thanks
Isnt dyrgrip goes slopcore AI?
Damn, did you add all of them manually? Will have to listen through this sometime, hopefully within an year.
Yep I added everything manually. My fingers were sore and my eyes were dried.
There are some ways to reduce the effort like a script running grep or pass the html page into xslt which you can import in spreadsheet and grab only urls from there. Let me know if you are doing it again and need some help.
Saving the playlist! Thanks for your hard work~
Your welcome!
Unfortunately, they were unable to be added because YouTube won’t let you add children songs to an adult playlist.
TF? It should be the other way around. What the hell, youtube?
Kinda cool, tho, and thanks for actually giving back like this. I honestly figured the original post was just engagement bait but you caught me on a rare evening where I had been listening to music and knew the exact one I’d just listened to because it was a new one for me and it was so FUNKAY it had me dancing in my car.
Much love and happy Halloween <3
Thank you! Happy Halloween too🎃
