A nice episode to further develop our characters.
Miyamura, your girlfriend is handsome, calm yourself.
Another fun episode. Helps better set up the way this show works. The timeskip surprised me but I think it’s alright for now.
Another good episode. Nice development on both parts as Miyo finds herself stuck between the past and present while Kyouka makes sense of a confusing bride. ED is a banger.
Kickass fight and Mari introduction makes for a good episode.
Sakura’s wife material, Hori’s jealous, and Sengoku/Remi are banished to the baby corner.
A good first episode. Mostly set up but it’s an interesting setting with a lot of fun directorial choices and a Narita-esque sense of feeling off-kilter. Looking forward to see where this journey takes us.
A really good start to the series. It’s dark enough so that the eventual light to come is clear by contrast, yet not too dark to feel overwhelming. The presentation is great, particularly in the silent montage as Miyo leaves home. Reina Ueda is giving one of her best performances as a beaten-down woman who still has the possibility for life and love. I was looking forward to this series and I think my expectations will be well rewarded.
It did notice it looking different. If I had to say, it doesn’t look as crisp as season 1 did.
Solid episode, banger OP.
Very nice episode. Also a hug in Episode 4; they’re moving fast.
