  • Intellectually I know different kinds of warmth should be the exact same. Temperature is simply how fast the molecules are shaking and what heat source heated them shouldn’t influence anything. But the heat caused by gasoline feels different to me. That sunshine captured by million year old tree ferns and ancient algae broken down to oil over eons creates a warmth when burned that feels unlike anything else. But it must be all in my head, right?
