Depending on the size of the machine I’ll call it big/large/huge/small/Lil then a human name like John. BigJohn is my main server and hopefully one day he can get an upgrade and become large John.
I think there is already some software that fetches content but it’s early in development.
Could lemmy.world put a load balancer in front and use that to direct requests to different instances of lemmy.world? Not sure if that question is dumb I’m not a technical guy.
Actually a pretty cool project. Its smooth and works exactly how i would expect. Hopefully some companies use it and contribute money or code so you can keep improving it.
