Yeah, I had the same issue, but I did get it running. I disabled ML, and set most tasks to use a batch size of one. Later I bumped some of them back up.

Looks amazing! Those speakers would sound 10x better if they were closer to ear-level. It made a big difference in my setup.

Have you had success with phone chargers? My RPi4 is very picky about power and is unstable on anything but the official power supply.
