They’re not being cautious though. The song of saya (a well known vn which has a Loli character and h scenes) is available to buy on steam, granted it’s probably a censored version but all the vn’s that are sold as censored have free patches you can get online.

One piece was not available in my country for years. Little choice to pay fuck load of money for dvds or to pirate it.
