Yeah, a little, but it’s also just about being different and accepting one’s shortcomings or disabilities are part of oneself. Finding strength in disability, as well. The discrimination undertones are very light… I think Jarashi’s thing with clothes is the best representation of what I mean.

I heard about Medalist when it was first coming out, but it just didn’t appeal to me at all. I usually do like sports anime, but I think the fact it was a child kind of turned me off it.
