They said Nemesis automatically patch skeleton arm fix but that doesn’t seem to be the case for me, can anyone please help me out?

    You can try to narrow it down using a clean installation with only XPMSE + Nemesis. If this works, something is messed up with your skeleton files

      Yeah I think I found the problem, I narrowed down my animations mods as you said and it seems that Ultimate Combat is the culprit even though I patched it in Nemesis it’s still missing up the skeleton arm fix, do you happen to know why that is?

        Now everything is working fine including Ultimate Combat after I threatened to uninstall it, does that mod have self aware or something?

          Maybe you changed/reset the Nemesis Patch order? The order dictates the priority, which matters.
