I don’t have a good radio-like, but I really like listening to Club Mogra’s streams on twitch. They play all sorts of anime, vocaloid, jpop. Timezone may be problematic depending on where you live.

Looks like the last live stream on Twitch was 4 years ago, and the videos are only available to subscribers.
They have a website https://club-mogra.jp/ but this seems to be more for announcing their live DJ gigs in Japan.
Yeah, far as I know they don’t save their vods, so it’s sadly a thing where you just have to get lucky on timing.
