    Then the Frieren writer should make them objectively evil and not contradict themselves. I like it when writers put some thought into their genocides.

      I think it’s fundamentally not what the show is about and not every show has to tackle every moral problem there is. Sometimes you just need an interesting antagonists in a story and it would be boring if they were just mindless drones.

      Don’t overthink it.
