    Oh, and why is it always the bad guys who have the superior drip? Their pointy hats are way better than these bland cones

    For real though. I actually think it might be because they appear less often so giving them complicated outfits has less of an impact on the mangaka’s wrists. I actually really like the outfits our main characters are wearing, but I won’t deny the brim hat witches have style.
