To its credit, that wasn’t quite as repulsive as I thought it was going to be.
I hadn’t considered using a barrage of emotional whiplash to disguise the fact that you’re retconning your characters.
The meeting between Akane and Issho went about more or less how i expected. This episode felt like a breather after the hype of the previous one. I wonder how Episode 12 would be like. The Kappore dance was foreshadowed in the OP. I love how Iwashimizu-sensei became the audience surrogate.
This has been a great watch so far.
