If that’s supposed to be a pastry from Greggs then calling it a sausage roll is a bit of a stretch, should be labelled cold dry stick of disappointment at best.
im sorry - Greggs is not haute cuisine but their sausage rolls aren’t unsatisfying or bad tasting.
Is it too much to ask for a warm dry tube filled with a meagre portion of meat like paste? Apparently.
They are unsatisfying and the mouth feel is horrific. You’ve just been led to believe this is the best they can do for the price. I’ve never seen something so abysmal in Australia and hope I never do.
