    On one hand it’s great to have dialogue that sounds natural, is not catered to the audience, and we just have to figure out what’s going on instead of having everything laid out. But on the other hand they are yapping so much that it’s actually somewhat hard to follow at times

      Ironically this is very much how the manga was. There were a lot of cliff notes in the margins to explain things, or a few times to explain what Shirow intended but was too lazy to draw.

      Completely agree. It’s a two edged sword and I’m afraid it cuts me more and more often as the show goes on. It feels like they condense an hour of content down to 20 minutes.
