Jezuz, I virtually never wrote my gripes with any media because ultimately art is subjective. Did anyone even enjoy watching this? I think this is the first time I’m dropping a series not because I just don’t like the source material but how they did it. What’s going on ? just the usual production hell/underpaid team ?

How is the reception on the hometurf ( Japan ) side?

I adore Seitokai Yakuindomo and they do have the crazy camera works but only for the movie/ova intro and never once thought “WTF did they take when making this” I only realize gohands made this because I’m writing this lol and the series is pretty action packed as far as slice of life goes.

I probably only like it because I’m up to date on the manga releases.

I’ve dropped anime of more though. At least it isn’t SlideShow levels of animation.

I really like the end credits. the song is good and I like the female lead more than the MC. not because she’s cute, but because she’s got more character depth than any part of the story so far.

I mean, sort of. The writing is truly mediocre, but I’m watching it because I think the cinematography is funny. Certainly not good, but funny. It’s like they have this weird compulsion to always be moving the camera into the strangest place possible, and then picking a new and even stranger place for it to go once it gets there. It’s trash, but it’s bizarre and unique trash and I can appreciate that.
