Some amateur translation might add some context tot he pic:

Dialogue:

また玄関で。。

Which is an incomplete sentence saying something like “through the front door again…” (I cannot say if “front door” is an innuendo here, I’ve never heard it as such)

Box in the bottom:

ほろ酔いペナンスお願いします

Which says “tipsy Penance, please” – I’m pretty sure this is the request dialogue box for Pixiv/Fanbox/Stacc or whatever service it is. It does mean she’s supposed to be somewhat drunk here.
