It’s a real artist, @sra_yecka on IG, there’s literally nothing about this image that suggests AI, and there are many things about it that an AI would be hard-pressed to reproduce.
Apparently, Agua De Rey is the brand name. Nice work from the artist, SRA.YPCKA? I tried looking them up and was not able to

I was also looking for YPCKA and couldn’t find anything. Looking for YECKA it’s appear other murals and more pictures from this one.
