I have the ability to half the placement cooldown (1:00 -> 0:30), but make replacing someone’s pixel give you double the cooldown (0:30 * 2 = 1:00)

I’d be more in favor of reducing the 6-pixel cooldown to 20 minutes, but this is fine too.
Changing the cooldown will also change the amount of time it takes to stack pixels
With this vote option it’d make the first pixel take 30 seconds, then any pixels after that is still 3x the previous cooldownActually it’s
