So far, the episode titles all have some deeper meanings, but this one - “Morning is Here” - is just a pun isn’t it? Since “Asa” sounds the same as “morning” in japanese.
I’m glad that Makio acknowledges the value of trying to change others (presumably for the better) even if it is difficult.
This may be just my selfish view but people’s capacity to change is what gives me hope for the world. Otherwise, the alternative is to never accept others with different views, resulting in a more polarised world that’s a net negative for everyone.
Plus, it can lead to heartwarming stories like like:

Looks like pretty much all (most?) professions that involve creating something face this same challenge. If you enter the phrase “you are not your code” into a search engine, you can see plenty of articles about how this is a very common issue among programmers.
