I think there is an issue with the implementation. They hold worse as they are smaller.
Also technically, afaik this could be an issue in recycling. Material would need to be shredded entirely before a separation can be done. Same was the case with the “hygiene seal” before though
Yeah honestly I never really understood why people hate it, some say it’s because it hits their nose but you don’t have to Aline it with your nose, also most lock into pace if you push them enough so they don’t close, but some do break but still.

if you turn them to the side, they’re less annoying while drinking from them. they interfere less with your nose that way

The issue is that opening it requires force in the wrong direction and milk splashes all the time. It is just pretty hard to open them up
I dont drink oat milk from the bottle XD and dont buy drinks in small single-use bottles
